In most Indian homes, cake never really had a story of its own. Our nanis and dadis filled our vacations with laddoos, barfis, mathris, and jars of namkeen but never with brownies or cheesecakes. Cakes were something you bought from a store, never something that came from your family kitchen.

At Bake A Tale, we want to change that. We want every cake, cookie, and cheesecake to feel as personal as if it was baked in your own kitchen only with the time, patience, and craft you may not always have.

Because food is not just about eating. It’s about trust. And when you know what goes into your dessert, you can enjoy it without a shadow of guilt.

Each recipe is designed by me, Aman. It takes time, energy, mistakes, and experience to craft something worth sharing. Nothing is picked from the internet, nothing is borrowed. Everything is written, re-written, and perfected in our kitchen.
